Firstly congratulations! Pregnancy is a special journey, and we are here to support you.

Exercising during pregnancy, such as engaging in Pilates, is highly beneficial for preparing for childbirth and aiding postpartum recovery. Here at Glow, we warmly welcome expectant mothers to experience the numerous advantages of Pilates.
​
Regular Pilates practice can help reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia, alleviate back and pelvic pain, and boost your mood. It also promotes heart health, better sleep, and increased energy levels, contributing to a smoother labor and faster recovery.
If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you are feeling good, you are welcome to join any of our beginner, open level and Glow +the BABES classes up until 20 weeks of your pregnancy. A letter of clearance from your treating physician will be required before participating. Please email it through prior to visiting.

After 20 weeks, once we receive an updated letter from your treating physician you can join any of our Beginner classes and Glow + the BABES classes. We also offer 1:1 reformer classes if you wish to continue privately.

Our skilled team will easily offer you pregnancy modifications when needed. We stay up to date with current research and guidelines around pregnancy and empower you to move in a way that feels best for you!
