BEGINNER

Designed for those who have never done Reformer Pilates or those returning to Pilates after a break.
A 45minute class designed to strengthen and tone whilst focussing on fundamental reformer exercises to build your confidence on the reformer.

ADVANCED

Suited to those ready to level up, a minimum of 10 open level classes must be attended before booking this class. Not suitable for pregnancies or those seeking modifications.
A sweaty 45-minute Reformer work out with sneaky snippets of cardio to get the heart rate up.

OPEN LEVEL

Our signature Glow class. This class is for everybody!
A 45-minute flowing full body workout created by our expert Pilates trainers to strengthen and tone.
This class is designed for people who are new to reformer or those seasoned Pilates pros, classes are layered, and progressions are offered so everyone can get the most out of their session.
Family friendly class 45 mins
Beginner + Family Friendly

This is our family friendly Beginner class, designed for mums who would like to bring their little one along.
Perfect for those who are brand new to Reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or simply wanting to slow things down and focus on the fundamentals. This class is also suitable for pregnancy at all stages (medical clearance required).
Our 45-minute session focuses on building strength, improving tone, and developing confidence on the reformer through foundational Pilates movements.
Please note:
Children must remain in your care at all times. We do not offer a child minding service.
NO PRAMS permitted in the studio.

JUMP CLASS

This is our JUMP class, it's a fun dynamic and endurance testing class utilizing our JUMP BOARDS! It is high intensity, fast paced whilst incorporating all the things we love about Pilates!
A 45-minute flowing full body, heart pumping class paired with pumping tunes to keep you motivated. This class is not suited to our prenatal clients or those returning from an injury.
Slow and gentle class 45 mins
Slow Glow

Our 45-minute Slow Glow class is your invitation to slow down, soften and reset.
This gentle, slower paced class is designed with flowy, mindful movements and light stretching to help release tension from the body and quiet the mind.
Set in low lighting with chilled tunes, it’s a calming, grounding experience from start to finish.
The perfect way to unwind, reconnect and ease into your evening feeling restored.
