Welcome to Glow! We’re so excited to have you as part of our community. By joining as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Terms
• All memberships are no lock in but require 14 days written notice to cancel or pause and you continue to pay during your notice period.
• Memberships are billed automatically on a weekly basis.
• Payments will be charged to the payment method on file. If you need to update your details at any time please email us. This cannot be done via our app.
• Capped class membership classes are valid for 7 days and unused classes do not roll over.
2. Membership Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via our website via our “Members Area” you will need to create a new login when using for the first time (this is different to Mindbody) link is: https://www.glowpilatesstudio.com.au/member-area
• Membership fees will continue to be charged during the 14-day notice period.
3. Pause Policy
• Memberships may be paused with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice.
• Pause requests must be submitted via our website “Members Area” details and link above.
• All pauses are a minimum of 2 weeks and cannot be backdated.
• Pauses are limited to 6 weeks per year unless exceptional circumstances arise.
• For urgent situations, such as injury or unforeseen events, please contact us at hello@glowpilatesstudio.com.au to discuss flexible arrangements.
4. Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
• Members must book and cancel all classes in advance through the Glow App.
• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time.
• Late cancellations will result in a $5 late fee being charged (Unlimited memberships) or the class being deducted from your weekly package.
• No shows - Members who do not show up for a booked class without notice will be charged a $10 no show fee and have their class deducted.
5. Studio Policies
• All communication regarding membership changes, cancellations, or pauses must be sent via our website “Members Area” https://www.glowpilatesstudio.com.au/member-area
• Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date. Failed payments will result in a $15 dishonour fee and suspension of studio access until resolved.
• Glow Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event of a cancellation by the studio, members will be notified and credited accordingly. We have a minimum class participation policy of 4, if less than 4 people are booked, class will be cancelled and your pass will be credited back to you.

6. Liability Waiver
• By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that participation in classes and activities at Glow Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks.
• You release Glow Reformer Pilates Pty Ltd, its instructors, and staff from any claims or liabilities related to injuries sustained during classes or use of the studio facilities.
7. Acceptance of Terms. By purchasing this membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement. Failure to accept these terms management reserves the right to cancel your membership and suspend your access to the studio without any notice.
